Pratap Mehta is leading Legal Practitioner with experience of more than five decades. He holds an immense experience in litigation and advisory assignments in various branches of law. He also is a pioneer in legal education.
Alongside the dedicated legal career he is an eminent political personality. He had knack for social service since his youth. He was elected as President, Madhav College Students Union, President Vikram University Students Union. He was elected as the member of the Executive Council and the member of the Senate of Vikram University, Ujjain. He was elected as the President of Ujjain Bar Association in 1985.
He has been the member of the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh for consecutive four terms in a row since year 2002. As the Chairman, Library Committee of State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, he was instrumental in distributing about 200 computers alongwith AIR software to the Bar Associations across the State of Madhya Pradesh.He presently is a member of the Bar Council of India.
Dr. Ranjita Mehta
Dr Ranjita has completed her LLB and LLM from Vikram University, Ujjain. She has secured first position in her LLB. She was awarded PhD in 2016 and has done an extensive research in the field of consumer protection and related laws which makes her an expert in this field. Alongside this she holds a rich and dynamic experience in the field of matrimonial laws, real estate, banking laws.
Sandeep Mehta
Advocate Sandeep Mehta has been a member of the prominent law office which was established 70 years ago by Late Shri Chandmal Mehta. He has extensive experience of 17 years in the field of law. His expertise includes the matters related to Criminal, Civil, Constitutional, Labor, Matrimonial, Revenue and Consumer Cases.
He has been Govt. advocate at the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh Bench at Indore and has assisted in disposing of about 600 cases.
He has successfully dealt with matters before various forums and tribunals including National Green Tribunal, Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Central Administrative Tribunal. He is a member of Dispute Grievance Redressal Committee, District Court, Ujjain. He is a standing counsel for Bar Council of India and State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh Bench at Indore.
He holds a good command over the Banking laws and has been engaged as a legal advisor to many reputed banks.
